These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EnrichDeals platform, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What EnrichDeals is
EnrichDeals is an agentic, AI-first technology platform that helps buyers, investors, real-estate developers and agents discover properties, communicate across channels, and coordinate transactions. EnrichDeals is a facilitator and software provider. EnrichDeals is not a real-estate broker of record where prohibited, not a lender, and not a money intermediary, and it never holds buyer funds. 2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
- Do not upload others' personal data without a lawful basis, or scrape/harvest data from the Service.
- Do not send communications through the Service without the recipient's required consent.
- Do not interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass the Service's security or rate limits.
4. Listings & third-party content
Property listings and related content originate from developers, agents and other third parties. EnrichDeals does not warrant the accuracy, legality, or availability of any listing. All such information is indicative and is not an offer or contract. You are responsible for your own due diligence.
5. Transactions & payments
Any purchase, deposit, or payment is a matter solely between you and the counterparty and settles outside the platform — in India, typically by Banker's Cheque to the seller at Registration; in the USA, through a licensed escrow agent. EnrichDeals is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, the movement of funds. Any brokerage or referral attribution shown in the Service is informational.
6. Compliance (KYC, RERA, FEMA)
Certain features may require identity verification (KYC/AML). We store only a one-way hash of any government ID number you submit — never the raw number. You are responsible for complying with RERA, FEMA/RBI, and all other laws applicable to your transaction and jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding third-party listings), is owned by EnrichDeals and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnrichDeals and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a transaction with a third party or from external settlement of funds.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You may request data export or erasure as described there.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the contracting EnrichDeals entity, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Contact: legal@enrichdeals.com.
